Аfter graduating from KazNTU with a degree in "Technology and complex mechanization of underground mining of mineral deposits" in the period from 1995 to 1996, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an ordinary (topographic service). From 1996 to 2004, he worked as a survey engineer at Geoservice LLP. From 2004 to 2017, he worked at KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev at the Department of "Development and Operation of Oil and gas fields" as a senior lecturer, associate professor. In 2010 he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty 25.00.22 – Geotechnology (underground, open and construction), in 2011 he was approved in the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. During 2008-2017, for bachelors of the specialty 5B070800 – Oil and gas business, he conducted lectures on the disciplines "Gerasty hydromechanics", "Suyyk zhane gas physics", "Munai gas ondirisinin technicals men technologias". From 2017 to 2019, he worked at the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology as a senior lecturer. Developer and coordinator of 2 Master's degree programs "Oil and Gas Business", one of which is a two-degree program with the University of Lorraine. He is the author of more than 20 scientific papers, 3 of them in the Scopus database, 4 author's certificates, 3 textbooks written alone and in co-authorship. The total experience is 33 years, of which the scientific and pedagogical experience is 17 years.
